The submersible mixer is developed by the sealing technology of German submersible motor. After years of practice and exploration, due to its innovation in form, structure and test method, the overall performance of the submersible mixer has reached the level of similar products abroad.
QJB submersible mixer can be divided into two series: mixing and low-speed push flow.
The mixing series mixer is suitable for mixing the liquid containing suspended substance in sewage treatment plant and industrial process;
The low-speed push flow series mixer is suitable for the aeration tank of industrial and urban sewage treatment plant, which produces strong water flow with low tangential flow, and can be used for circulation, nitrification, denitrification and phosphorus removal stages to create water flow, etc.
Scope of application:
The mixer shall be able to operate normally and continuously under the following conditions:
1. The medium temperature shall not exceed 40 ° C;
The pH value of medium 2 is between 5 and 9;
3. The liquid density shall not exceed 1150Kg / m3;
4 for long-term diving operation, the diving depth is generally not more than 20 m.
The submersible mixer must be fully submerged; it cannot work in the environment of inflammable, explosive or highly corrosive liquid; the steel expansion bolt must be fixed according to the requirements, and the cable must be tightened and fixed after installation
When selecting the submersible impeller, the impeller diameter is more than 2m, so it is recommended to use gearbox reducer

Assembly and installation of submersible mixer
We suggest using the original parts of Jiangsu ruke environmental protection equipment Co., Ltd. to install the submersible mixer.
1. Blade assembly
Before the mixer is installed with the installation system, the angle adjustment sheet shall be selected according to the working conditions.
Make sure that the two blades are installed at the same angle.
Step 1. Loosen the screw (3) (M16 * 80 left thread) of the upper end cover (2) of the hub (1) and remove the lower end cover;
Step 2. Insert a blade into the hole of the hub from the top so that the groove of the blade axle is outward, put the selected angle adjusting piece (4) into the groove of the blade axle, connect with the hub with two screws, first tighten the left screw (5) with the Allen wrench, and then tighten the right screw (6).
In order to facilitate the installation of the second blade, rotate the hub 180o, and then install the second blade by the above method.
Step 3. Cover the end cover and screw in two toothed washers and M16 * 80 left screw.
2. Installation of mixer
Fix the guide rod and hanger with expansion anchor screw as required.
Install the damping block and sliding sleeve.
Lift the mixer with the hand hoist, put the sliding sleeve into the square guide rod, and check whether the lifting is flexible before the mixer is in place.
Slowly and evenly lower the mixer to make sure it is in place correctly. Make the wire rope of the hand hoist loose.
Make sure that the cable is not drawn into the impeller when the mixer is running!
3. Wire connection:
1. Four core wire: the three core thick wire is three-phase live wire, and the one core YELLOW / green wire is ground wire.
2. Five core wire: the three core thick wire is three-phase live wire, one core YELLOW / green double color is ground wire, and one core is 31 × wire (motor water leakage signal wire)
3. Seven core wire: three core thick wire is three-phase live wire, one core wire is yellow / green double color ground wire, one core wire is 31 × wire (motor water leakage signal wire), and the other two core wires are 11 × wire, 12 × wire (motor overheating protection signal wire)
Before start-up, the whole system shall be inspected by qualified professionals to ensure that it meets the requirements of relevant specifications. Connect the motor cable to the power supply correctly.
During the first commissioning, it is necessary to check whether the rotation direction of impeller is correct. The method is: suspend the submersible mixer on the square guide rod, connect the power supply, and the impeller shall operate clockwise from the impeller to the motor. If the rotation direction is not correct, replace the two phases of the power cable. If multiple mixers are connected to the same control cabinet, the rotation direction of each mixer shall be checked separately.
Note: when checking the rotation direction, make sure that the rotating impeller will not hurt the workers, and do not close to the rotating impeller.
After the test run is normal, cut off the power supply. Put the mixer under water along the square guide rod and ensure that the mixer is installed in place. Connect the power supply for operation and check whether it is normal.
6. Filling and changing oil
The mixer has been filled with oil in the gearbox before leaving the factory. After the first operation for 100 hours, the oil shall be replaced with a new one, which can be replaced every 3-6 months later. The brand of lubricating oil is 90 industrial gear oil or 20 mechanical oil. The quantity of oil is about 1.2L.
Oil change shall be carried out as follows:
Place the mixer, loosen the upper and lower plugs, drain the lubricating oil, clean the oil chamber with washing oil, inject new oil, replace with new O-ring, and tighten the plugs.
If water is found in the replaced oil (in the form of milk emulsion), clean the oil chamber as required, inject new oil, replace with new O-ring, and tighten the plug. Check again after three weeks. If the oil turns into milk emulsion again, check the mechanical seal and replace it if necessary (please contact our company or maintenance service department).
